Interview Details – Went over my previous year's performance, which was excellent, and discussed what I would do to improve my excellent performance in the coming year. I said i would do more returns and increase my "level".
Interview Question – Nothing unexpected. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation. It's a "take it or leave it" type of discussion. You work for them or you don't.
