I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days - interviewed at HCL Technologies in January 2013.

Interview Details – Scheduled appointment through staffing company. Waited in lobby max 10 minutes. Testing took 30-40 minutes. Waited for an 1:1 interview 10 minutes max. Interview took 10 minutes max. Did not leave with any feedback. Received a call from staffing company stating that the positions had already been filled prior to my interview appointment.
Passed test/Passed interview.

Interview Question – Questions about Blackberry email and certain programs/abilities on Skills test.
Specific process steps on how Active Directory and VPN connections work.
