Interview Details – If you interned in the SCMP program you get offers based off, supposedly, your performance during the summer and your final presentation.
If you don't intern and apply for the program separately, the interview process is very intense. Many 1-on-1 interviews and a couple of group interviews. You may also be asked to give a short, 10 min, presentation on any topic relating to oil field work.
Reason for Declining – The culture is the most negative culture I have witnessed.

Interview Details – Interview Process was exhausting. It was supposed to be one day interview but it was really 2 days of continuously monitoring of what you do, eat, and drink. Interview question were generic. Not at all hard, they were pretty much basic. I stopped caring in the middle of the process as I got my dream job offer but I would say definitely focus more on just being vocal and act like as if you are managing other interviewees. They like people who controls other people. Don't worry about your technical knowledge of Supply Chain or even Manufacturing. It doesn't matter. I am going to rate interview process difficult as I was completely exhausted by the time I got home and this was my fifth trip where I went out of town for an interview. None of them felt like this one.

Interview Details – Interview process was rocky. Rep "didn't get his wake-up call" for my interview, had to suffice with a phone interview that night. Asked very easy questions. Just trying to get a feel for who the interviewee is. Was informed I would be "recommended for an offer" and should hear back within a week on a final decision. Waited 2 weeks and still didn't hear anything. Overall post-interview communication poor until it was getting to be time to start (i.e. poor communication until Jan/Feb of starting year after accepting position in late Sept)
Negotiation Details – No negotiation. Internship pay is a flat rate.

Interview Details – There are two rounds of interview. After submitting CV at school, if shortlisted, HR manager will call up for first round of interview. The interview consist of all behavior questions whereby you are supposed to think of examples of certain situations and how you handled that and what's the outcome. Once passed the first round, they'll call you for a dinner to enable you to know more about the program before going to the second round.
For the second round, it consist of two sessions of face to face interview just like the first round plus a session to present on any topic you like to show your presentation skills.

Interview Details – I got a 1st on-campus interview with Halliburton. It was a 1 to 1 interview with either a member of the Talent Acquisition team. Questions asked were mainly behavioral interview questions (go Google them to find out more) such as "Describe an experience where you had faced an obstacle in your work/cca/project and how you overcome it."
From what I heard, the process is that if you pass the 1st interview, you will be invited for an assessment at the company itself. The decision making by the company seems to be quite fast, as I heard from them on the night itself of the interview.

Interview Details – I learned about this intern position at my University's career fair. I applied through Halliburton and the university website. The interview was with one of their supply chain coordinators. They only asked behavior based that are based on your previous experience. They are looking for "well rounded" engineers (any type type but mainly industrial) If with strong interpersonal skills.

Interview Details – The interview process began with an interview on campus. The recruitment team got back to those who made the second round very quickly (the next day) to let them know if they had made the second round of interviews. The second round of interviews was a 2 day process that included a tour of their facilities, Q&A sessions with current employees and graduates of the SCMP, teaming exercise, presentations, and interviews. The entire recruitment process was very well run and organized. There are plenty of opportunities for potential SCMPs to meet and react with each other and current SCMPs and SCMP graduates.
