Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Las Vegas, NV Mar 2007 – Reviewed Dec 1, 2009
Interview Details – I had several phone interviews, first with their recruiter and then with the hiring manager, followed by a day-long event meeting with 7 individuals in Las Vegas. They flew me in and put me and my wife up with all expenses paid for the weekend which was very nice. The interview day itself was a very long day! They also administered IQ and personalty tests as well. Everyone was very friendly and the experience was tiring but engaging as well.
Interview Question – Do you like to gamble? View Answer
Negotiation Details – I was in a unique position because I had specific skills that they needed so I had a fair amount of leverage. I guess the best advice is that it would never hurt to ask.
