Interview Details – The phone interview was very basic, mainly just determining if the answers I gave to questions regarding my experience were consistent with the information in my resume. The on-site interview was scheduled quickly and lasted about 1.5 hours. Spent about an hour 1 on 1 with a manager who asked some pretty basic technical questions and summarized exactly what would be expected of me, then had a brief introduction to the senior manager. I was lead to believe that day that I had been chosen, and later that week I was offered a position.
