You apply online and the interview is done in a group of about 8 other people. Very causual, took place in the food court of the mall. They asked basic interview questions, such has name a time you were a leader. They asked about previous sales experience.

I submitted my application online and picked a date for an interview 3 days later. I did some research on what to wear and about the company (being my first actual interview... my previous job found me). It was super easy though, I wore Hollister clothing (cardigan, drapey tank, hco jeans, natural makeup), showed up about 10 minutes early and asked for the hiring manager saying I had an interview. The interview was really easy, just be confident and answer questions and ask them a question when they ask if you have any! Even if you don't ask like what is they're favorite part about working there or something! I got offered Impact or Model (I have gauges and a tattoo so I was nervous!) But I got a call back on Tuesday and got hired right then after interviewing on Friday, I was hired as Model but I think they have me doing a lot of impact duties that are on the sales floor because they were needing a bit of both.

They called you in for a group interview which usually takes place at the store location. I recommend wearing their clothing, usually a business casual. Usually it's with a group of others who are applying for the same position.

They conducted interviews every Tuesday and Friday at 4. It is a group interview which was definitely intimating at first because that was my first time doing a group one. The group interview was definitely competitive but I looked up all the answers ahead of time so I knew exactly what was expected and how I was going to answer. Most of the group I interviewed with did not get hired, there was about 10 of us. Only myself and one other boy got hired, the only two wearing hollister clothing might I add.

Group interview. It was easy. Just generic questions about who you are and why you think you're a good fit for the company. If you're not attractive, you can forget even being asked a question.

Group interview, that was run by a manager called pretty quickly after the interview to confirm job. Overall easy questions and relaxed environment. Seemed like they just wanted to make sure you could interact with people well.

It is a group interview that is very comfortable. It was me and two other guys and we had to go to the food court. The manager that was doing the interview was very easygoing which eased my nerves. and he asked me two questions that was a very straightforward and gave me ample time to answer them with in my opinion is very helpful. In total i think that the Hollister Co. interview was the best type of interview i have ever attended.

Sat in a group interview, pretty simple questions, they wanted it to be a cool easygoing atmosphere. You introduced yourself and were taken to somewhere quieter because the store is very loud. They ask you about what your biggest challenge was and why you wanna work for the company. Wearing HCO or ANF helps.

I went into the store, and the recruited me. I had a friend that worked at the store already, so that probably made it a little easier. I applied on line, and was called in for a group interview within the week. I was the only one that got hired within the group interview. It was really relaxed, they took us to the food court and sat at a table and started asking questions. Their biggest point is customer service and dealing with loss prevention.

As I showed up to my interview, you would just walk into the store and tell any one of the employees you are there for an interview. From there, they will have you seated in the lounge and sign in. It is a group interview so expect others to be there as well. If you're the only one, then it will be just you. The questions are quite simple and easy. Remember they are looking for people with a good personality and someone who likes to communicate with others. Some of the questions I remembered them asking is what is your name, where do you go to school, how do your family/friends/etc describe you, what do you think of when you think of hollister, why do you want to work here, what is hollister trying to promote, how is hollister different from other stores, how will you be successful working here, etc. They're all pretty simple questions.

    Interview Questions
    • There are a few questions on diversity and which is the most important. Questions such as what is diversity, what does diversity mean to you, how is diversity important in a work place, will be asked. Don't sweat it just take your time and give it the best you got.   Answer Question
