Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at IBM in November 2012.

Interview Details

Submit application form; take online information processing test; got invited to an assessment centre. Had to take verification test of the online one there, as well as a couple of additional tests (programming logic and information processing). Also had to participate in a group exercise to find the best candidate for a set of requirements from a pool of candidates.

Work culture and people seemed very good, friendly, interesting, smart, team-focused.
