Software Developer Co-op 16 Months Interview

Software Developer Co-op 16 Months
Markham, ON (Canada)

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at IBM in March 2013.

Interview Details – I applied online through their online career portal then I receive phone call to set up a phone interview. Overall interview was very easy. The interviewer mostly asked me about my work experience and projects I did in my studies. It was 30 min interview. The interviewer give me verbal offer after 3 days of interview day.

Interview Question – No Question was difficult. All the questions were regarding my work experience and projects I did during my undergraduate and masters degree. Most of the projects I did in BI and data mining area so he asked questions based on that. Then the interviewer also told me that what his team is doing and what sort of work responsibilities I have to do. He told me about company environment and his team working staff.   Answer Question

Software Developer (Co-Op Student) Interview

Software Developer (Co-Op Student)

I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at IBM in May 2007.

Interview Details – The recruited came to my school for a 3-day event. He introduced the company in general and explained specifically what his group is doing. Through the co-op office, I submitted the resume on the first day of the event. The next day, I had an interview with him. It was an easy interview and he only asked about my school projects, what I am interested in and asked me to describe how I implement the algorithm I used to create mosaic images (one of my personal project). In the final day (3rd day), I got the offer fora 4-month internship.
