Very Difficult Interview
Principal Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Very Difficult Interview)
The process took 1 week - interviewed at IT Convergence in October 2010.
Interview Details – Received a call from Recruiter Manager for a Senior Technical Role for IT Convergence India. As they were starting the new office in DLF, we had a great discussion.
After that I met COO and Operations Head to finalize on the role and compensation.

Managing Principal Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at IT Convergence in March 2011.
Interview Details – The interview process consisted of a recruiter's pre-qualification, technical interview with a peer, manager interview and then a face-to-face in the New York office. Very professional staff, office is very nice, in good location. Recruitment process directions clear and consistent. The documentation was long, but the benefits website has a good summary.
Interview Question – How do you set up the subledger accounting in regards to tax implications for a Brazilian entity? View Answer
Negotiation Details – The negotiations took longer than expected, but they were willing to negotiate on salary, but not on benefits or standard incentive structures.
