Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeksinterviewed at Infosys (Midwest City, OK) in June 2012.

Interview

Initially I sent resume and cover letter to search firm that was representing this position for Infosys. Received feedback from recruiter immediately and had a phone interview with recruiter. He then sent my info to Infosys HR contact and thought I was a great fit for position. HR contact did not take time to read my resume and made wrong assessment of my background. Due to other referrals I received Infosys HR manager contacted me and then back pedaled on initial comments. HR person was not very intelligent about position and seemed unorganized. Had initial phone interview with VP level person and overall interview went well. It was over 1 1/2 hours long and extensive questions on my background. Good questions and provide good oversight of Infosys. Took about two weeks to get feedback that I would have second phone interview. When time came for second interview the person did not show up for call and it was explained that he had flight issues. Had second interview, but this person could not elaborate on how SAP retail practice would be built. Could not answer basic structure of group, how many SAP retail engagements they had and how developed their team was. Not very aware of SAP retail situation either in EMEA or North America
