I applied through an employee referral and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Infosys in February 2010.

Interview Details – None

Interview Question – No such questions were asked   View Answer

Negotiation Details – Negotiate well. It appears that negotiations are not possible but they are. If they promise you better compensation within few months of joining, don't believe. They are plain lying. they have no such process to give an out of turn promotion or increment. You would be stuck with same salary and position for next two years.

I applied through other source and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Infosys in September 2010.

Interview Details – Interview was very specific to the work that they wanted me to do after joining Infosys. While the interviewer was appreciative of what all I had done, but his technical questions were around the area of my future work. There was good encouragement and willingness to help whenever there were any non-conceptual level difficulties. The interviewer was very focused on ensuring that the fundamentals were clear.
