Interview

I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by a corporate recruiter a few days later. We had a phone interview which was fairly easy and then set up a time for me to come in and meet with the sales manager. When I came to the office for my interview, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the sales manager. He started out by making small talk and asking how my day was, and I responded by telling him I had the day off. At the end of the interview he asked me if I had to work later that day. It's like they don't pay attention to anything you say. The rest of the interview was pretty easy, mostly just small talk and them asking if you have any questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Insight Global (Saint Louis, MO) in June 2015.

    Interview

When I walked in, there was no one to great me. I had to pick up the phone at the desk where then a "receptionist" answered the phone. When I was taken into the conference room, the gentlemen conducting the interview was very unprofessional. Unless the recruiter had given him my resume, he hadn't seen it before. It was prepared and ready but he never asked for it. I drove an hour and a half while also paying for parking for a five minute interview. Not worth it. He was clearly not ready to give an interview.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was very smooth. I first received a phone call from a recruiter and he did an impromptu phone interview while talking with him. It was casual and conversational. Then, he set me up for a one on one interview at the Insight Global office. I went there and met three different people, the third of whom was the man I was originally told I would be seeing first. All three guys were nice, charismatic, and conversational. That's what they're looking for in their employees: charisma and competitiveness.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL) in June 2015.

    Interview

Received a call from a recruiter out of nowhere about a recruiting position with Insight Global. Got along well with the recruiter, set up a time to come into the office (I was traveling from out of state). When I got to the office, the recruiter welcomed me and I spoke with three different account managers. They all said the same thing and I was barely given a chance to speak at all during the interview. They asked me nothing about my skills, strengths, etc. They talked about drinking and all the money they were making. The girls acted very entitled. I was involved in greek like in college and I heard that things were a lot like it within the culture, however, this was just a waste of my time. One of the account managers said for every 40 people they interview, they hire 2. They call you in to make their quotas, they are not interested in hiring at you even if you are qualified for the position.

I applied online. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Insight Global (Charlotte, NC) in June 2015.

    Interview

The first part of the two part interview process was fairly easy. It was a laid back interview despite the business casual requirements. The person I interviewed with made me feel at home. They will ask you to bring extra hard copies of your resume for the interview. It was not a stressful interview as many may mis understand.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Insight Global (Houston, TX) in May 2015.

    Interview

It was pretty basic. After talking with the corporate recruiter on the phone, the first interview was set up. I talked to 3 people. The first two were Account Managers, because the original Sales Managers I was supposed to talk to were not ready yet. They asked basic things, very conversational- almost too conversational with gossip and cursing involved- etc. That lasted about an hour. Then the second interview was a lunch with two of the Sales Managers- again very conversational and quick.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Insight Global in May 2015.

    Interview

Was told to dress and appear very professional, but when I went in, it was extremely informal. The first person left the interview for a phone call. The second person seemed sort of checked out. The third told me to contact if I had questions, I did, they ignored to answer. Not impressed, they tried to sell the idea their job was great and that working past business hours and somewhat round the clock is fun, felt more like a sales pitch than an interview. All three people asked me the same questions over and over again as though they didn't communicate with one another. It felt like a waste of my time and two of the three interviewers casually cursed at least once while talking with me.

    Interview

I applied online. I was contacted by Carly from Florida who talked to me and told me that I would have an interview coming up.
Please check out their Instagram and Facebook page ... It seems like if you don't look like them you won't fit in. I am more than qualified for this position I have a degree and also have experience in marketing and building client relationships. I expressed to Rohan that with my knowledge and experience I was eager to continue to learn to be successful in my career. My decline email was also vague and I emailed Carly asking why and what I could do for the future that email went unanswered.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 daysinterviewed at Insight Global (San Antonio, TX) in May 2015.

    Interview

I was contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter. She was very helpful during the process as she scheduled an interview for me in the San Antonio, TX location. My interview was at 2PM, I arrived at 1:45PM. I was greeted by an account manager who told me the person that would interview me would be in shortly. I waited in a meeting room for about 20 minutes, nobody came. Finally, another account manager came in to talk to me about the role and how the company promotes within, salary wages, & training. As he left I waited about 15 minutes for my interview. I thought this was very unprofessional. The interview was more of a get to know you, 2-3 questions. Then 2 days later I got an e-mail from the recruiter that I didn't get the position.
