Interviewers acted as if they did not know that I was coming in. I had to wait over 30 minutes after my scheduled interview time before someone could speak with me. The person I was told I would meet with was not in the office that day. Overall a very poor experience that showed the companies lack of organization and communication.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Insight Global.

    Interview Details

I was initially contacted by a recruiter over the phone. Scheduled a first round interview the next week. First interview was with the recruiter and then the office managers-very laid back no real tough questions just getting to know you to see if it's the right fit for each other. Was contacted the next day asking if I could come in for lunch with the office managers-Again laid back to make sure you can hold a conversation and are enjoyable to be around. Then was asked the next week to come in for a happy hour again with the office managers. David, the recruiter, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I've had a lot of corporate recruiters contact me through linkedin, email, phone etc, and David was by far the most personable and you could tell he loves working for insight Global. The office managers were great people too who were easy to talk to.

Basic on campus interview. They talked to me at a career event and I agreed to an interview the following day. The interview was not particularly formal because of the nature of the job. They are looking for people with good social skills so it is pretty much a conversation.

Two interviews. Initial interview was a standard interview getting to know about your experience and the position. Second interview was a lunch to see how you can fare in a social settting. The recruiter I worked with was amazing and was on top of every aspect of the interview and was awesome about getting feedback very promptly.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Insight Global.

    Interview Details

The process starts with an initial phone interview (tell me about yourself, where did you go to school, why did you want to go there, why did you choose your major). It is all about connectivity. If you connect with the interviewer, they will bring you in for a face to face where you will have 3 separate interviews where they will basically ask you the same questions during each interview. They are going to look for you to drive the conversation as much as possible. Finally, if they like you, they will invite you to come back for a lunch interview where they will see you in a sales environment, like when you're out with clients. Other than that, it really isn't a tough process. If you like small talk then you will have a breeze with the interview.

I applied online – interviewed at Insight Global in September 2014.

Decent interview process. Not too hard. You have to be very outgoing and hold conversation. No sales experience necessary. From what I understand interviewing is different at every office. Some offices make you feel comfortable while others make you feel inferior. Very passionate about what they do.

I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at Insight Global.

    Interview Details

The hiring process at Insight Global was very smooth. I was contacted initally by an internal recruiter via linked in. The process consisted of a phone screen, office inital interview, and then a lunch with the sales manager. I was very pleased with their process and felt that I received an accurate representation of the company. They answered all of my questions with ease and made me feel comfortable in the work environment.

I applied through college or university. The process took a weekinterviewed at Insight Global in August 2014.

    Interview Details

I received a call from a Corporate Recruiter almost immediately after submitting my resume. The initial phone interview was extremely casual. I was primarily asked about my college experience (i.e. Why did I pick my school, was I involved in a sorority) and very little about my actual professional experience. Scheduled a second interview for the following week. The second interview was also casual. The point of the second interview was mainly to make sure I was able to carry a conversation and be personable. Similar to other reviews I was asked "Do you have any questions" by every single person I met. Make sure to be prepared with a lot of questions. After the initial interview with the Corporate Recruiter I was introduced to several other people and eventually brought to the communal work area. I was told I they would follow up with me within the next few days.

A phone interview with a corporate recruiter, and then they invite you for a face to face interview with a Sales Manager of the office, which can take some time. From there they will invite you to a third and final interview which is to lunch, you should hear back very quickly whether or not they would like to move forward.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Insight Global.

    Interview Details

The process was great. A couple friends of mine were hired for the recruiter position at Insight Global and recommended me to their corporate recruiter. The recruiter called me right away and set up a face to face interview. The interview was very relaxed and I met with 4 different people. They always asked me the same question in the beginning "Tell me about yourself" and then from there it was very conversational. You have to make sure you ask a lot of questions and really sell yourself!
