I applied through college or university – interviewed at Insight Global.

Interview Details

Basic on campus interview. They talked to me at a career event and I agreed to an interview the following day. The interview was not particularly formal because of the nature of the job. They are looking for people with good social skills so it is pretty much a conversation.

Two interviews. Initial interview was a standard interview getting to know about your experience and the position. Second interview was a lunch to see how you can fare in a social settting. The recruiter I worked with was amazing and was on top of every aspect of the interview and was awesome about getting feedback very promptly.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Insight Global.

    Interview Details

The process starts with an initial phone interview (tell me about yourself, where did you go to school, why did you want to go there, why did you choose your major). It is all about connectivity. If you connect with the interviewer, they will bring you in for a face to face where you will have 3 separate interviews where they will basically ask you the same questions during each interview. They are going to look for you to drive the conversation as much as possible. Finally, if they like you, they will invite you to come back for a lunch interview where they will see you in a sales environment, like when you're out with clients. Other than that, it really isn't a tough process. If you like small talk then you will have a breeze with the interview.

    Interview Details

The hiring process at Insight Global was very smooth. I was contacted initally by an internal recruiter via linked in. The process consisted of a phone screen, office inital interview, and then a lunch with the sales manager. I was very pleased with their process and felt that I received an accurate representation of the company. They answered all of my questions with ease and made me feel comfortable in the work environment.

A phone interview with a corporate recruiter, and then they invite you for a face to face interview with a Sales Manager of the office, which can take some time. From there they will invite you to a third and final interview which is to lunch, you should hear back very quickly whether or not they would like to move forward.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Insight Global.

    Interview Details

The process was great. A couple friends of mine were hired for the recruiter position at Insight Global and recommended me to their corporate recruiter. The recruiter called me right away and set up a face to face interview. The interview was very relaxed and I met with 4 different people. They always asked me the same question in the beginning "Tell me about yourself" and then from there it was very conversational. You have to make sure you ask a lot of questions and really sell yourself!

    Interview Questions
    • Tell me about yourself...this is not as easy as it seems. You really need to have a good interesting answer and convince them why they should want to hire you.   Answer Question

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Insight Global in July 2014.

    Interview Details

Was contacted via LinkedIn for an interview and did two phone interviews before visiting the office. My commute from the suburbs was easy. Went for an in-office interview and everything went great and got a call back for a fourth interview and went back to the office to be put in the same room, not sure why, and spoke to 3 MORE people. When the second one walked out of the room I could hear her talking negatively about to the other girl. The interview was easy because they never seemed to ask anything new.

    Interview Questions
    • No really difficult questions..kept asking the same things each person and each interview. I can only say I went to Blank University so many times.   Answer Question

phone interview then if the recruiter likes you they will set up where you go into the nearest office for a face to face interview. Face to face you meet with about 3 different account managers and it is very easy, it all has to do with how you can have a conversation with someone. If they like you then, then they will invite you to meet with a sales manager in a social setting. BUT THEY WILL ONLY HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE VERY GOOD LOOKING.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Insight Global.

    Interview Details

I was contacted by an Insight Global Corporate recruiter by email as well as by phone. I called her back and we chatted pretty casually about what I was looking for, what Insight Global has to offer, etc. She set up an in-person interview for me. I went into the office and met with four different employees. All of them were extremely bubbly and nice. They took me into the back of the office to meet everyone, which was a bit intimidating because I had to shake about 50 people's hands and it was a bit unexpected. I left and got an offer a few days later.

    Interview Questions

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Insight Global in June 2014.

    Interview Details

This process was phenomonal. I submitted my resume on a Saturday and had my first phone interview with Abigail Cunanan on the following Monday. I was brought in for an interview that same Friday and met the two sales managers, Abigail, and one other Account Manager from the office. That same afternoon I scheduled my final lunch interview with Steve Wasik, our current Sales Manager for the Morristown office. After lunch I came back to the office, met two more employees, and Steve offered me the job on the spot.
