Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Atlanta, GA Jan 2009 – Reviewed Jun 14, 2013 New
Interview Details – I was called early on MLK Day to set up a face to face interview. I was not given a lot of notice so I had to make some things happen quickly. They wanted me to provide a powerpoint presentation on the company and what I believed they offered as a company. The interview went great. I was nervous. I did get an offer and had a bit off a delay in background based on my educational expereience.
Interview Question – The most difficult question was did you think the interview would be this detailed? I made up the entire powerpoint presentation based on the criteria they provided and a lot of imagination. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I did negotiate for additional monies based on the fact that they had just taken away the incentive and special project bonuses to Account Managers nationwide. The salary was it.

Interview Details – The interview process was grueling simply because it took so looooong... 4 phone interviews and 4 face to face interviews. Everyone I came in contact with during the interview process was great! Very professional and straight forward. General personality type questions at each interview. Best advice, stay positive and let them know YOU WANT THE JOB!
Interview Question – Give me an example of a time when you had to deal with a supervisor that did not like you. View Answer
Negotiation Details – The negotiation was surprisingly easy. Their offer was significantly higher than I was prepared to accept, so I accepted via telephone. I wanted a later start date, but I didn't get it. Start date was set for the following week.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Kent, WA Apr 2012 – Reviewed Apr 20, 2012
Interview Details –
I submitted my resume about 2-3 weeks before I got contacted. As long as what is on your resume closely matches the job description, you will get contacted. (if they are hiring)
The people who contacted me were very professional, but they were also pretty laid back and made you feel comfortable being there.
I had two in-person interviews after being contacted over the phone, and I was quite impressed by the offices where I had my interviews. Both were clean and orderly.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details – My advice to others seeking this position would be to dress professionally (business casual), do your research on the company as well as the position you are applying for, and practice, practice, practice your interview answers. If you do these things, you will impress your interviewer and probably land a job. That's how I did it.
Declined Offer – Interviewed in Boston, MA Mar 2012 – Reviewed Apr 5, 2012
Interview Details – Applied online and got a call for an impromptu phone interview. The phone interview consisted of asking me why I felt qualified for the position. The interviewer also asked me to also go through my resume and describe tasks I completed and what I was up to now. Afterward, I got another call about a week later to set up an in person interview at their headquarters. This consisted of 2 sets of interviews; a one on one (with what would be my boss) and another two on one (the head of the department and a recent hire). This was also relatively easy with basic behavioral questions along with going more in depth about my resume, qualifications, and abilities. Finally, I got a phone call the next week saying they were excited to offer me a position.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Boston, MA Nov 2009 – Reviewed Jun 3, 2011
Interview Details –
I came in for one in-person interview and met with the VP I'd be supporting and the Director. The interview took roughly 1.5 hours. Iron Mountain makes you take a drug test as well as complete a background check, which is the most inconvenient part of the process.
The 500 person office is filled with mostly "campers" and not "climbers," people who have been with the company for 10+ years. Sometimes I would feel as though I was working at Dunder Mifflin. :)
