The process took a day - interviewed at Ironman in January 2011.
Interview Details – Dual interview process where I interviewed in person and on the phone at the same time. Minimal personality questions and more focused on practical applications. I was asked my opinion whether their specific dealings with social media was effective. Overall, the process was pleasant as I it provided a framework that my opinion would have value in the manner that Afs conducted its decisions.
