Interview Details

Completed online assessment and invited for interview. Completed first interview with HR over the phone, and invited for an on campus interview. One on campus interview with senior VP: basic overview and understanding of company history & current activities followed by overview of financial services. Basic behavioral questions included such as hardest challenge, difficult experiences working with a team, etc. As an econ major, I was not asked any technical financial questions, but my finance friends who interviewed for the same position reviewed some financial jargon. Accepted for internship two weeks later.
