Interview Questions

After distributing them you are gonna select a drawer randomly and from that drawer you are gonna remove one marble randomly. How do you distribute the marbles in such a way that the probability of getting a red marble is maximized?   6 Answers

Asked about my resume for a few minutes then straight in for the technical questions. Made it through the first one easy, struggled hard with the next one and they never phoned back. I feel unhappy as I don't feel this was a good assessment of my technical abilities.
