Interview Details – It was a lot of years ago and the process has changed. Back then, there was no process, just a former colleague convinced me to come talk to her boss. I did, then his assistant set up more interviews with others.
Interview Question – It's really been too long. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They absolutely would not go up one penny more on my base salary from where I was coming from based on the fact that the bonus structure here was more generous than where I was coming from. Since then, the bonus structure here has gotten much less generous.
Pros:
1) diversified business to create business continuity and stability
2) very strong and nice culture for caring
