I applied through college or university and interviewed at Johnson & Johnson.

Interview Details – Two interviewers and pretty straightforward behavioral questions. They didn't give me much information about themselves and seemed kind of uninterested. Questions included, tell me about a time you were innovative, tell me about a time you were faced with a challenge, tell me about a time you had to work with a group and someone wasn't being collaborative. Supply Chain Co-Op

I applied through college or university and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in September 2009.

Interview Details – I was recruited at my university job fair. I had an on campus interview the next day and followed up by sending a hand written letter to my 3 interviewers. By the end of the week, I was called and offered the position. Everything after that was your standard hiring process as far as providing documents is concerned.

Interview Question – They only asked standard interview questions - no wild cards. Most of it was, "Tell me about a time when..". I do remember them being most impressed when I said, "I feel the only was to truly grow as an individual is to put yourself outside of your comfort zone and see how you learn to adapt."   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – I was asked to apply for The Gold Program (their supply chain rotational). One of the interviewers told me I was one of his picks. However, I was planning on studying abroad the following semester, and did not meet the graduation timing requirement.

I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in March 2013.

Interview Details – I had three interviewers interviewing me, so be sure to bring in a couple of Resumes. They use the STAR approach for the interview questions, so be sure to answer the questions the way they want answered. It was 40 mins long, lots of behavioral questions. Be sure to answer the questions properly, smile, and pay attention to what they're saying.

Interview Question – Tell me a time where you haven't seen eye to eye with a person in a group, and how you resolved the situation   Answer Question

I applied through college or university and interviewed at Johnson & Johnson.

Interview Details – 2 managers from different departments interviewing you. Mostly behavior questions in the STAR Format. They give you a scenario to play out for them in which you have to explain it in STAR format. They give you only 3 of these questions and mostly expect you to be able to talk about them for a long period of time. Environment is rather casual.
