    Interview

I met with the recruiter at the career fair, had an interview the following day (Friday), and got my offer the following Monday morning. It was a very straightforward process. Honestly, they made their decision so quickly that it made me nervous, so I'm wondering what the other applicants were like.

    Interview

Applied to general listing on JnJ career website for Supply Chain Co-op. Received phone contact from a department manager express their interest in my candidacy (phone interview - very basic questions regarding my major, current enrollment status, excel & SAP proficiency ...). Was requested to complete a 3-Business case assessment and email back within an hour. Receive invite for an in-person interview and an offer from HR two days later.

    Interview

Spoke to representative at university career fair, scheduled on campus interview for that same week. Applied on careers website before interview, was told by representative to understand the different functions of J&J's supply chain. Interview lasted ~45 mins with two interviewers, most questions were STARs based. Showing enthusiasm for the position and the company definitely helps, and having some background about the company and recent news also a plus.

    Interview

Two interviewers and pretty straightforward behavioral questions. They didn't give me much information about themselves and seemed kind of uninterested. Questions included, tell me about a time you were innovative, tell me about a time you were faced with a challenge, tell me about a time you had to work with a group and someone wasn't being collaborative. I was approached at a career fair and asked a few questions and for my resume. Next thing I knew, they offered me an interview for the next day. The questions were purely behavioral, very simple, and included an excel exercise. I was contacted about a month later with my offer.

    Interview

Applied through college recruiting email, then went in for an in-person interview, a few months later they told me someone has filled the position, but a few days later another department manager contacted me and set up a phone interview with basic questions like if I can work full time and such. I was hired a few days after that.
