Interview Details – 2 managers from different departments interviewing you. Mostly behavior questions in the STAR Format. They give you a scenario to play out for them in which you have to explain it in STAR format. They give you only 3 of these questions and mostly expect you to be able to talk about them for a long period of time. Environment is rather casual.

Interview Details – Interviewed with two different professionals who were not in the HR department. The interview consisted of a majority of behavioral questions asking about background, ethics, etc and then the follow up consists of technical questions. Be sure to emphasize the credo, which Johnson and Johnson holds to in all parts of their business.

Standard Behavioral interview questions. You must know the general aspects of supply chain to get through the interview. It was a panel interview with 2-3 managers.
Know about the company and the competitors. Was at my school's career services center and was very pleasant interview.

Interview Details – 30-45 minute interview - half behavioral questions, half technical questions. Technical questions are based on basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting concepts. Do not need upper level finance or accounting courses to answer questions.

Interview Details – They love to ask questions in the STAR format. They give you a scenario to play out for them in which you have to explain the (S)ituation at hand, the (T)asks you needed to accomplish it, the (A)ctions you took, and the (R)esults that you derived. They are mostly interested in your impact- which you show in your results!

Interview Details – It was smooth. 2 onsilte interviews, at Albuquerque, mostly behavioral question.
Reason for Declining – They required a candidate who does not require sponsorship, and were creating an issue out if, Also their behavior was totally unethical on the same after a smooth interview process.

Interview Details – Interview was mostly behavioral questions. Not a very intense interview environment. Interviewer was very nice.
Interview Question – Will ask mainly specific examples where you overcame an obstacle and your specific role but nothing serious. Answer Question

Interview Details – A single interview on Campus with two interviewers. The panel talked about the company, its processes and the expectaions they had from Co-ops. After that we doscussed my resume in a very casual manner. The hiring process consisted of gbe single interview. Got the call back after 2 weeks. :-)
