Interview Details – Saw an ad in the employment section of the local newspaper. I knew based upon the information of the ad that this would be a sales position. When I went to my interview, they asked me questions about myself and my work history. I had to attend a 2 day learning class, I started the 3rd day. I earned $150 on my first day! Also received a bonus which they pay to help you get to your first paycheck. Awesome!
Interview Question – There were no difficult questions. Everything was straight forward. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Everything was straight forward. I was told that if I followed the program, than by the law of averages, I would achieve certain results. After a few days of working there, I found this to be true, and in fact, with dedication, I surpassed that threshold.
Declined Offer – Interviewed in South Bend, IN – Reviewed Feb 22, 2013
Interview Details – This company grossly misrepresented the job I applied for. I was called for an interview and throughout the interview laced with semantics and pyramid scheme language I eventually determined that the "Customer Service Rep" job was actually a 100% commission based door-to-door sales job.
Reason for Declining – When I asked the interviewer why Just Energy was a not an accredited Better Business Bureau company I was told that it was not possible because "If you are out and run into someone from your personal life who has a problem with you they may elect to write a letter to the BBB just to try to get even with you." Long and short, the interviewer spent the entire interview apologetically trying to sell me on the idea that I could be making a 6 figure income like him, He produced his paychecks and showed me documentation that he had only been associated with the company for 8 months. This was a waste of time and felt like a ponzi / pyramid scheme from the git-go.

Interview Details – When the company called they wouldn't answer any of my questions other then the time, date, n place. There was about fifteen of us listening to this guy from New York, who moved to Ohio n now here to make mega millions. He still didn't explain to much other then. All the great stuff the company has done for the community. At the very end we finally realized we would b walking door to door 12hr days five days a week, to make potentially minimum wage.
