The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (New York, NY) in July 2010.

    Interview

I got an email from a recruiter at KPMG stating that my email had been passe don to her and that she was interested in speaking to me. I tried several times to reach her. Emailed her twice and after about 2 phone calls, she called me back, stating there was a mix-up etc. I had a 15 minutes interview with her over the phone more like a screening interview. She stated KPMG was hiring like crazy and that I would be a great fit for wither the growing Insurance group in NEW York ( as I had an insurance background) or the financial services group. It then took several emails and then 2 more phone calls to hear back from her. She now stated that the holidays ( July 4th led to some mix-up) and set up an interview with a manager from the insurance consulting group in New York. My 2nd interview lasted 30mins. Manager detailed the responsibilities of the role ( it involves a lot of traveling to the sites of different clients). We walked through my resume abit, but during the course of the interview I could sense that he had decided I was not a good fit for his team. I received an email from the recruiter (who asked me for feedback after the interview) stating that they were pursuing other candidates that they felt were a better match. Overall, they process seemed like they were all over the place - not very organized Recruiter was always apologizing profusely. But they were polite and professional. You have to be proactive though if you don't hear back from the recruiter after say a week or so. Contact them via email or phone.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England (UK)) in March 2014.

    Interview

I have applied in March 2014. An application was as described on the website - after successful completion of numerical and verbal tests, KPMG asks you to specify the date for a telephone interview, so you can choose the date and time online. After, at the day of interview, the interviewer calls, introduces himself and ask specific questions. My phone call was interrupted in the middle due to lost network (i guess), but an interviewer called back the same minute and there was no problem about that. I have not prepared well to questions, so I unfortunately did not pass the first interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at KPMG in December 2009.

    Interview

The wait for the phone interview was the most difficult part. Once, you got a chance to talk to them, everything moved a lot more smoothly.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KPMG in January 2008.

    Interview

Very Easy Work Culture. Several bosses to report to. Great freedom. No overtime required. Not a lot of work. People were easy to get along with and quite helpful. There was only one interview, and a couple tests. I was referred to be an employee, I contacted them. an interview was scheduled. I di it and was hired a few days later. It was quite easy.

    Interview Questions

    • Why did I leave my past Job?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Non Negotiable. I was made an offer. I accepted. It was really based on your previous salary and your experience. The more you bring to the table and the more you sell yourself will result of course in a higher offer.
