Mechanical Engineering Intern at Kellogg Company

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Nov 2009 – Reviewed Nov 14, 2010

Interview Details – I first received a call from Kellogg Corporate to set up a phone interview. During the interview they ask question regarding my experiences and followed up with several behavioral questions. This lasted for 30 minutes and ended with a good note. After two weeks, HR of the local Kellogg facility requested a 1-1 interview. HR asked similar questions regarding my resume but more behavioral questions. To note both Kellogg representatives asked the exact same behavioral questions from standardized list. A month later I was offered a position.
