I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Keystone Partners in January 2009.

Interview Details – I had 2 one on one interviews with two different people in the company. One in management and one was another cousnelor. then I di a group interview - kind of a mock training in front of peer counselors and other employees. Everyone was very welcoming, worked to put me at ease and very affirming. the culture seemed tradtional, very trdtional dress, and stylistically conservative.
Advise: be prepared, be entusiastic. know the competition. be very well versed on career management issues. make a great first impression.

Negotiation Details – there was none. It's "here's how much you'll be paid." No room for negotiation.
