I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at King's Daughters Medical Center (Ashland) in June 2010.

    Interview Details

It was a thorough and detailed process, that provided me an opportunity to meeet with a variety of individuals within the organization. I wanted to see if the awards they had achieved matched with the individuals' perceptions. Everything was a direct match. The community is small but very welcoming. The position matched my professional and personal interests. It moved fast primiarly because I came at the end of a prolonged search process and a batch of candidates had been reviewed and rejected.

    Negotiation Details
It was very fair and considerate of someone moving from another geographic area. The moving expenses were still tied to getting 3 quotes from movers. But, in my position, I was able to influence a change for future candidates.
