Interview Details – From when I submitted my resume to phone screening interview it took 2 months. In my opinion, the phone screening was just to test how well I can communicated. we basically talked about job requirements. It felt like a chat with a friend in a coffee shop. we ended phone screening interview with a schedule date and time for me to come on for an in person interview which is 2 weeks later
