    I applied online – interviewed at Kohl's.

The whole process took a month. The interview wasn't for a specific position and it was a group interview where we were asked the same questions and took turns answering. The interviewer was very unprofessional and clearly did not know what she was doing. The questions being asked weren't hard, but everyone basically had the same answers.

The interview process was very easy. They ask a lot of behavioral questions and then do some testing about data analysis and math. The actual process took a couple days and involved talked witH company executives as well as presenting in front of a large panel displaying any leadership or organization skills. Ultimately they want to know what you want out of them.

Three steps, first met with a campus manager at a career fair, then scheduled an interview with some store managers, and then had a final interview with some district managers at a store. All interviews were complex, they took good notes and really were looking to find the right person for the job. They aren't joking around!

    I applied online – interviewed at Kohl's.

    Interview Details

I applied Nov 10th 2014 and was called to set up an interview two days later. Although it was a seasonal position this interview was surprisingly solo and not group. It was probably the easiest interview I've ever been to.
Also, to my surprise it was only one interview.

They were extremely friendly and attentive. The process was quick and pleasant. I met a recruiter at the career fair and had an interview a week after that. The second interview took place two weeks later at the local Kohl's store and I got a response the same week. All three interviewers were very nice. The questions they asked were the common behavioral questions.

It was a group interview. They tried to see as much of our personalities. Be positive, explain how the customer is always right. I didn't know if I was going to get the job because everyone in my group already had previous retail experience.

Case study, then two 1 hour interviews with different types of management. I began by applying on my school's website and then was offered to come in for a case study and then interview. It was your standard interviews, but the case study was relatively easy. The case study was done and then presented to a board of management and answered questions.

The hiring was pretty standard. A manager asked questions in the interview. Was asked about my customer service experience, schooling, what I can add to the store, and how you can help the company overall. I was also asked if the "customer" is always right in the retail establishment. Make sure to answer "yes" to that question.

it would take days upon your submission of application either online or in person. They expect you to be ready with your updated resumé. They change their interview process each year but, they always have a panel of HR for the interview. Once you get hired, they will give you a date when you can start. You have to undergo drug test right away. They expect you to be prompt and to dress appropriately for the job title you are applying for. Be ready to pick your available schedule as well.
