I applied online and interviewed at Kohl's.
Interview Details – Applied online, received a phone call a week later from the manager. I went in for the interview the next day and it was a group interview, which was fine by me. It was about ten people altogether, each person took a turn answering a question, starting with a new person each time. They asked the usual "Why do you want to work here?" questions. After the interview they called us one by one to talk, four days later I received a letter saying I wasn't qualified to unpack clothes, stock shelves and clean the dressing rooms.
Interview Question – The difficult questions for me were the behavioral ones about previous employers and co-workers because this was my first official interview. Answer Question
I applied online and the process took 8 weeks - interviewed at Kohl's.
Interview Details – I applied online back in august and got a call for an interview about 7-8 weeks later. The interview was actually pretty easy and went well. They asked questions like 'tell me about a time you went above and beyond to satisfy a costumer". Since I don't have retail experience, but worked at a office before, so I used that. The interview was in group, there were about 7-8 girls. At the end of the interview they told us that they'd let us know by mail if we got the job or not, within 10 days. I had the interview on Thursday, and received the letter on Monday (didn't get the job :( )
Interview Question – I can't remember exactly what they asked me, but I had to answer a question first, so I didn't have time to think about it. So I was nervous while answering. Answer Question
