I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Loomis Fargo & Co. in March 2013.

Interview Details – Very long consisted of a main interview, a math test, drug test, physical, credit, and background check. Took at least a month to get final job offer.

Interview Question – Where do you see yourself within 5-10 years?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiation. Base pay $10.00 not up for discussion I took a dollar pay cut for this job and the absolute only benefit was being off on the holidays. A serious amount of unexpected overtime that was non negotiable. Especially before and after major holidays.

CMS Teller Interview

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Loomis Fargo & Co. in February 2011.

Interview Details – Pretty basic. Just make sure you have a clean background and always remain honest. This company is a great stepping stone. Don't lie on any of the questions. I know that on some sites they still use the polygraph before you get the job. Make sure that you have the ability to learn all the tasks. Ask as many questions as you can because some information is not given to you.

Interview Question – Give a detailed time when production mattered to you.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – No negotiation.

Armored Driver/Guard Interview

I applied online and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Loomis Fargo & Co. in August 2009.

Interview Details – Applied online. Received a phone call scheduling a time for me to come to complete more of the process. They told me I could dress casual jean/khakis. When I arrived it was a group interview. There were several other people there. The HR manager had us complete a personality survey and some release of information forms. Whenever we all were finished we handed it to the assistant. The HR manager then came back and started telling us a little about the company and then we watched a video about the job. We were then taken for one on one interviews. I was then given a polygraph time. Yes you do have to polygraph for this position. Within a few days they had my background and polygraph report back and offered my a conditional employment based on a drug test and physical. A few days after I took those they offered me the position to start the following monday.

Interview Question – On the personality survey it asks the same questions more than once to make sure you are paying attention and answering honestly?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – No there was a set wage scale. Everyone started at the same rate. $10.50 an hour
