Cashier/Floor Model Interview

Cashier/Floor Model
Memphis, TN

I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Love Culture in April 2012.

Interview Details – Me and my mother went shopping and i decided i wanted to go to Love Culture to see if they had something i would like. I walked in and they had signs everywhere that they were hiring. I asked for an application, filled it out, returned it, and about three hours later, i got called to come in for an interview three days later. I arrive and there were five other girls there. We all got interviewed at once and i felt that i was the most outspoken and that i did better than any other girl there. I even said i could work any time, any day so i thought my chances of being hired were quite high. A few days after the interview i called and asked if they had who they wanted to hire and the manager who interviewed me along with the five other girls had the absolute most horrible attitude with me saying, "I'M NOT DONE GOING OVER ALL THE NOTES. IF I WANT YOU I'LL CALL YOU." To which i simply said, "Oh... ok..." and she said, "Mhmm." and hung right up in my face. I reported her to LC corporate and knew i had obliterated my chance of employment there, but i didn't care because i wouldn't want to work under someone with such a disgusting attitude anyway. Plus the drive is too long, so i'm happy i didn't get an offer.
