Interview Details – Apply online, takes weeks to possibly hear back. I applied several times at several stores. I took the initiative, to go into the store I was most interested in and introduce myself to the HR manager and let her know that I had applied online and that I was very interested in the position. I received a call for the interview from that store 2 days later, they did the background check, then received another call a couple for a 2nd interview with the manager of the store and was offered the position as long as the drug test came out clear, met back with the HR manager, took drug test and started the next week.
Interview Question – Standard questions, Why do you want to work at Lowes, what do you have to offer, what would you do if you saw an employee shop lift. Answer Question
