Store Manager, Sunglass Hut Interview

Store Manager, Sunglass Hut

I applied in-person and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Luxottica Retail in November 2009.

Interview Details – I was approached by the Regional Trainer. He was building a network of talent in the area. Met a few times to inquire about the company and see if this was the right fit for me. Met a few Regional trainers and the Regional manager for interviews. 2 interviews were one on one, and one interview was a panel interview of 3 Regional trainers and managers. The process was spread over many weeks and was a bit frustrating. Since then, many of the steps have been simplified and the process goes much quicker and smoother.

Interview Question – "Tell me about a time....." What did you do....." "How did that make you feel....." The questions are geared toward singular and specific moments in your career or past. They seek to get to know who you are, how you react, and what you would really do, not what you would want to do. Come prepared to speak toward some of the most memorable or difficult experiences you've had in the work place.   Answer Question
