MAXimum Research Interviewer - Day Shift Interview Questions & Reviews
Getting an Interview
Interviewer - Day Shift Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at MAXimum Research in May 2009.
Interview Details – My friend told me about the job and said that they are always hiring. I decided I would try for the day shift, rather than the night shift, because it seemed to have more potential in terms of salary. The interview consisted of a few questions about my work history, seemed to just get a baseline for my demeanor. Then, the interviewer handed me a script to read, which included medical terminology (some of the words had pronunciations written next to them in parenthesis). The interviewer was pleased with my reading and signed me up for training. Most people don't dress up for the interview at all, but I wore nice jeans and a nice top with heels. It didn't hurt!
Interview Question – Can you read this script for me? View Answer
Negotiation Details – I was just happy to get the job and knew that I would work hard to meet and exceed quota, so I would not be getting the base rate. I didn't try to negotiate.
