Computer Science Summer Intern at MITRE

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in McLean, VA Jun 2009 – Reviewed Feb 4, 2010

Interview Details – Received an out-of-the-blue phone call from what would become my immediate manager months after handing off my resume at a campus career fair. Was very short, perhaps 10-15 minutes long, I didn't even know it was an interview. Went over what the position was for, my general interests, which programming languages I 'knew', and whether I'd be interested in fulfilling the position. All the questions were pretty much questions about information already on my resume that I expanded upon slightly or regurgitated. It was all very informal, and felt like the main purpose was to make sure I wasn't a weirdo and that I had a work ethic.
