Interview Details

What was done:Introduce yourself to the group, group testing, 1 : 1 interview, group activity, tour of office, group activity. There were 24 people in the interview, 4 groups. Very organised but you dont know what they are looking for. Every interview I went, they say 'we are looking for the cream of the crop'. An hour after I left, i got a call saying i'm not selected to go to the next round. Its strange - 14 years of experience in client services in the financial industry. Its a 3 hour interview....its just too time consuming. They didnt have an answer as to how many people they want to hire from that 24...which is strange...could it be just 1??
