Interview was a two-fold process during a Marshalls Hiring Event.
Positions weren't explained but referred to by FEC or Area Coordinatior, etc. Asked general questions like most interviews. "if you didn't know the answer, what would you do?"..
Had second interview with Operations Coordinator and Manager. Manager asked one question and left the room. Ops person asked two? questions and that was it.

Interview Details – Called four months prior to application entry and set up an interview. He asked basic questions, "What do you hope to achieve from this job", "Why do you want this job" etc. It was really simple. They called me back for another interview the next day with the general manager and then it was literally the same questions again and pretty much let me know i was accepted for the job at minimum wage.
Interview Question – I think the most difficult question wasn't really hard to understand, but answer. They asked if I knew spanish, and I live on the border to mexico, but raised in an english community. They dont teach spanish in class so I never learned. View Answer

Interview Details – I came in and filled out an application. Then I was called a couple days later and the interview went really well. I was interviewed with another girl but it wasn't like a competition just basic and simple.

Interview Details – I went into Marshalls and filled out an application. About 5 days later I got called to come in for an interview. My interview was a group interview with 3 people(including myself). We got asked all the normal questions. It last about 30 minutes. The hiring manager said he'd call us in a couple days if we were chosen. I was called and accepted the offer.

Interview Details – i just walked in and filled out an application while i was there. went in the next day for interview. the hiring manager was very nice and friendly...easy to talk to. after we talked awhile i told him i was looking for full time work and wanted to make close to what i was making at my job before. he told me that this possition was only part time and only paid min wage. i thanked him for his time and he said he would get back to me..within a couple days he had called but i wasnt home, i wasnt going to call back because i was looking for full time work..i decided to just call him and tell him i wasnt going to take the cut in pay but when he answerd he told me he had a full time possition for me and it was only about 45 cents less than i was making before. sooooo in 2007 i started as a merchandise coordinator.
