    Interview

Pretty standard process for a fast food place. Nice guy who interviewed me. I felt comfortable, but that may because I have interviewed at food service places many times before. They didn't ask me anything surprising or strange.

    Interview

From date of applying to date to hire was ~ 5 days, Had an interview and the questions they asked were very simple and nothing out of the ordinary. Common sense to get out of the trick personality questions. EX: If you saw someone drop food on the floor would you stop them from serving it.

    Interview Questions

    • None, the interview was very easy to get though and don't test your knowledge.   Answer Question

    Interview

The interview was very quick and easy. It did not feel like an actually interview because I was already getting hired in the interview due to my previous experience. I was mainly asked a couple of questions about myself and what I did when I was previously employed at McDonald's.

    Interview

The hiring and interview process was not organized and I felt like it was a waste of time. The manager did not seem experienced in giving interviews. I was told to show up at a specific time, and when I did the manager was not prepared.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at McDonald's in January 2014.

    Interview

Ok interview. Took about 15 minutes. The manager seemed personable; asked me about my previous experience working as a cashier. Went over responsibilities of the job, growth opportunities, expectations. Pretty generic questions, whether I had interviewed with Burger King or Sonic Burger.

    Interview Questions

    • Asked if I was open to odd hours. Given I was going to school at the time, difficult to answer.   Answer Question

Just be prepare to answer, "Why you want to work for Mcdonald's" , "Why should I pick you out of the individuals I have interview". This is all I remember but just be ready for basic questions. Know about the company and implemented in the answer. Get there early and TRY THE BEST TO SMILE that your face expression is just a happy friendly person. My interviewer notice that but I just said "There's a difference between been professional and work" in other words I was there for the interview but that my characteristics will be shown when I get the job.
