I applied online and the process took 4 months - interviewed at Meditech in November 2013.

Interview Details – Applied online and randomly heard back from the company about a month or so later. We set up a phone screening, which they asked general background and education questions. Seemed odd, but they focused solely on my undergraduate degree that was several years old, as opposed to my graduate degree. Went in for a 1:1 interview which lasted about 1.5 hours. First hour was basically a repetition of the phone interview, again with the most time spent going over my undergraduate course work. Zero focus on professional experience or graduate work. Last half hour was spent on a "test" to determine competency. Literally, a 3rd grader could answer 95% of the questions without hesitation.

Got called back about a week later, and they scheduled a panel review and presentation for about a month and a half in the future. Gave the presentation in front of a group of 5, that lasted about 15-20 minutes, then discussed educational background. There were a few hypothetical questions pertaining to ethics, disagreements at work, etc.

Implementation Specialist Interview

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Meditech in June 2012.

Interview Details – I received a call about a week after submitting my application through an employee. We talked for about 15 minutes, and I was told the base salary for the job ranges from 38-42 (entry-level position) and would require travelling about 60% of the time. We scheduled an interview at the Framingham office. My interviewer was nearly an hour late, with no apologies.. sat me down at a table in the cafeteria covered in crumbs. She asked me a few questions about my work experience, and shook/tapped her leg constantly, looked out the window, and looked at her watch. I was very obviously the last interview of the day and she was restless and not interested. After about 15 minutes, she gave me a word scramble and told me to turn it in at the desk, and left. In all, I drove nearly five hours round trip for that. (I had applied for an office closer to my town, but I needed to interview in Framingham.) About two weeks later, I got a rejection letter. I have never had such a disrespectful interview experience.

Interview Details – In person interview with an HR and a college kid who was an intern. One of my first interviews so I was not as prepared as I am now. Just ask them a lot of questions and try to be super enthusiastic.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Meditech in March 2012.

Interview Details – Overall, while Meditech is a nice company, the HR representative meeting me was late and the interview only took around 20 minutes, to which I was handed a skills test. It was not that hard, but once I was done, I was informed that it would be around 2-3 weeks to get a response. But, I received a letter that I had been rejected 2 days later.

I applied through college or university and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Meditech in March 2012.

Interview Details – Initial interview was with someone from recruiting. We met for a while. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. We reviewed my transcript, resume, and references. I took a short test and had to write a paragraph. Second interview took a month to be scheduled - had to prepare a presentation on any medical topic (10-15 min long). Found out the next day that I would be scheduling a third interview which is coming up later this month.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Meditech in September 2011.

Interview Details – First interview was easy with recruiter. Second was with who would be your direct supervisor. Thought for sure I got the job but never head back, no rejection letter. They are big on making sure you are planning on sticking around since a lot of employees leave because of their crap pay.

I applied through college or university and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Meditech in April 2011.

Interview Details – Had an initial interview on my college campus. Then was called for an on-site interview at the office. Process, which included a presentation, writing assignment, and multiple personality tests, lasted about 2 hours. The people were professional and polite, but not overly friendly. I felt that the interview went pretty well, but about 2 weeks later I received a letter in the mail saying they would not be offering the position.

The process took 1+ week - interviewed at Meditech in April 2011.

Interview Details – Went for an interview and recieved a phone call 3 hours before the interview informing me the interview was cancelled. Rescheduled the interview the next day. I arrived 15 minutes early and the interviewer was about 30 minutes late. Interviewer only asked questions about school projects and what I did in school. Don't accept an offer here unless you want to be obsolute after 3 years of employment since the use their own programming language.
