I applied online and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Met Office.

Interview Details – Fill out the application form, very long and detailed. Following this I got called for an interview which was made up of a 45 min written exercise on strategy, a 10 min presentation and a 45min interview with 3 members on the panel. Following this I received an offer which I had 7 days to accept and following this a security check is done which can take anywhere from 6 weeks upwards

Interview Question – To develop a strategy for an energy company   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – 7 days to accept offer which was not really negotiable, they have strict salary bands.
