Interview Details

I was called in for an interview and told nothing more. I am currently employed so my day was busy. I get there and it was an apparent group interview. That started 20 minutes late and lasted an hour. Then he was going to interview one on one based on who got their first. First of all, I think it is unprofessional not to advise ahead of time to prepare for at least 2 hours. If I knew it was a group interview to begin with, I would not have gone (thats a red flag for me right away). Then I cant be sure, but it appeared that the man giving the interviews had been drinking. Red eyes, hard to understand etc. He glorified the job, of course and talked about all the rich people the the company sells to. However, I did catch the fact that there are no benefits for 6 months. The guy next to me said an employee was a friend of his and told him that they hire a bunch and whoever doesnt sell enough in 2 weeks is fired. I walked out along with one other. If I was a teen-ager with no financial obligations, I would give it whirl. I cant imagine that if the owner of this company was aware of this, she wouldnt approve. NO THANKS
