    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in January 2012.

    Interview

Asked to come in for a first round interview in-person in NYC -- they don't do it over the phone so everyone gets equal footing with those who do first round on campus. Interviewed by two people for thirty minutes each, who asked mostly behavioral questions (strengths, weaknesses, example of time you showed X) and a few technical things regarding valuation and current press.
