I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at NHS Human Services in September 2013.

    Interview Details

I applied online and received a call in less than a week to interview. The interview occurred at a coffee shop, since the office I was being interviewed to work in was not yet furnished. NHS was expanding into my area and had obtained the building, but not furnished or staffed it yet. My interviewer was relaxed and interested in my responses. She explained the position and the agency very well. She supplied her contact information and invited me to call or email if I had any remaining questions. She explained that she had another interview scheduled and arranged to contact me after that to discuss her hiring decision.

The interviewer/manager emailed me and asked me to call her. When I went into the office, she offered me a very generous salary, stating that she always pays her staff the maximum in the range given by the organization. I was overjoyed with the salary I was offered! And I was given an extra $6000 travel stipend.

Simple interview, very quick and was offered the position on the spot. After that comes weeks of waiting around until training begins and then it takes a few weeks after training to get your first cases(s). Need to get TB testing, physical exam and give employers your school records. Go through background checks and child abuse check. Nothing major.

    Negotiation Details
No negotiations. Pay is $13 per hour (fee for service). You are NOT considered a full time employee, you do NOT get benefits.

    Interview Details

I had applied for a parttime front desk position through an online service. I spoke with the Business office manager who was very kind. She sent me directions to the office and I had one interview. She was very impressed with my resume and was happy to hire me. I felt well received by the other people in the office at the time. When the registrar position became available I applied and was promoted to that position after 6 months of employment.

Interviewed by two supervisors. Fairly easy. Asked what ADHD and ODD were. Asked to write about what recovery was in my own words. Other than that straight forward interview.

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at NHS Human Services in June 2012.

    Interview Details

I know someone that works there. I submitted an online application after seeing the job opening on indeed.com.
I called after my resume was submitted several days later and spoke to the receptionist who was professional and happy and it showed in her voice. She left a message for the department I was to interview for and they got back to me in a week.
I had an interview the following week.
The office was clean and very inviting and the people that I encountered were helpful and happy.
The interview was laid back and comfortable. The interveiwer was knowledgable about nursing and was forthcoming with all information that I asked about.
