    2nd round: Group/Panel Interview
    3rd round: 1:1 interview with Manager
    4th round: HR interview
    5th round: Telephonic Client interview

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days - interviewed at Ness Technologies in April 2011.

    Interview Details

    Firstly cleared telephonic round
    Then had 1 on 1 interview
    Then a manager met me...
    Later Telephonic with Sr. Manager
    Then i had HR round Telephonic
    Next was Client Interview (again Telephonic)
    Final HR round (No Negotiations in my case)
    Got the Offer....
    Happy to get what i expected....
    FINALLY Thanks to management and Consultancy
