If all goes well, there is a work-with experience, then a final meeting with an upper level leader. Assuming you pass a formal background check and drug screen, you are hired.

Interview Question – What is your knowledge about the spring water process?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Easy, I asked for more, and got it, but should have asked for more vacation time.

Finance Intern Interview

Anonymous Employee
Stamford, CT

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Nestlé Waters North America in April 2012.

Interview Details – I had a phone interview prior to being offered the position. There were three employees in the conference room, but only one of them asked questions. (I only found out there were other people in the room after the interview) It was very casual and friendly. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Interview Question – Surprisingly, the most difficuly question was "Please walk us through your resume". I had never had this question before and although it is simple, you have to focus on the important points rather than go line by line.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – It was an internship, so it was a set rate.

I applied in-person and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Nestlé Waters North America.

Interview Details – Paper Application - Skill testing - Five step interview process - job offer - drug testing. This the way Nestle Waters North America performs all of its hiring at the facilities in North America. The five step process means that they have you interview with five different Managers one at a time with almost no break in between. Putting high pressure on the applicant to make sure they are getting a very good look at you and your history and experience.
