    Interview

Interview process was pretty standard my process was fairly quick. I first started with a phone interview which lasted about 30min and i was then moved on to the second interview which was a face to face with a branch manager and my 3rd interview was a route ride which lasted a whole shift then ended with a interview with the manager at the branch I was applying to. All the questions were repetitive and very easy to answer it helps to have tour cdl prior to starting, I have my class A which helped me in my case. The whole interview process was done within 1 week the faster it moves along the better chance to you have.

    Interview

Good interview process mostly asking how you handle difficult situations, and resolving them. Why do you want to work for Nestle. How do respond to difficult customers, and co workers.did I ever see any of my co workers stealing at my past jobs. What were my past responsibilities. They mostly want to know about all your bad experiences. If you don't you better think of some.

Many interviews starting with a computerized phone interview. If you are selected a simple call back and interview that could be followed by a ride along to determine if you are still interested. Then a few more interviews with various managers so they can compare results.

    Negotiation

There is a starting wage pre-determined for an RSR position, so the wage was known from the beginning.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Nestlé Waters North America (Grand Prairie, TX) in June 2012.

    Interview

Phone interview went normal, it was from California HR. Did a route ride to get a feel for the job. Came backfrom route ride , couldn't do a interview because needed two managers for a interview. One manager left while I was coming in from route ride, so I had to come back later in week. Came in for second interview with two managers a week later. The interview was normal, but went south when I said I was used to working hard. The manager that skipped out when I came back from route ride then informed me that there is no way I could possible work as hard as they do. I am 43 so I am sure as as route driver that I have worked hard before. But the old guy corrected me with the fact that I never worked as hard as rt drivers from Nestlé waters. Interview was over I knew I didnt get the job. Very weird
