Interview Details – In Nigeria, candidates apply for the Jobs before qualified candidates are selected for a written test. In Nigeria, age is used as a screening criteria for recruitment. most of the time accepted maximum age range for new hires from college is 24-29. The written test in taken nationwide in secondary schools around the country. After the written test, candidates who passed will be called for an oral interview with a panel.Interview panels could range from 3 to 5 people.

Interview Question – I was asked to talked about myself and based of my response questions were asked. They scrutinized my resume to ensure that I knew everything I had put down. I was also asked to talk about a time when I have led a team, how I did and what issues I faced.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – there was no negotiation phase.We were all given the base pay for new graduate.
