Interview Details – consisted of an online personality test, very general and based on common sense. just take on the perspective of the employer and you should be fine. as for the 1 on 1 in person interview just make sure you're some what fashionable and personable. also think of it as a career because training does cost the co. money so they want to make sure you stick around. have an interesting sales experience story to talk about and show that you have a desire to serve the customer.

The process took 5 days - interviewed at Nordstrom in November 2009.
Interview Details – First you apply online and a few days later received call back. First interview is a phone interview with hr. Then next day was interviewed in person by same hr person. Interview was straight foward. Then 2 days later(would have been next day but they were preparing for big sale) had final interview with department manager.
