Interview Details –
I applied via my university's career center and received a confirmation email almost immediately. The next step was a brief phone interview to establish contact. My point of contact then emailed me a list of questions and I was subsequently invited to interview on site.
There were eight individuals in the afternoon rotation. We were given a tour of the company and then proceeded to meet with the program managers who presented a brief powerpoint on the company and the position. Four of us split off to do 30 minute individual interview with four panels of two middle-age employees while the other four stayed behind and were introduced with current PDPs. We switched after two hours and were dismissed after that.
Everyone was very laid back and the interview process was an overall pleasant experience.
However, it was one of my first interviews, so I still didn't have the interview formula down. A week later, I received a call from my recruiter notifying me that the selection was very competitive and they were going to move on without me.
