Manager Interview

Manager
Park City, UT

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Nutraceutical in March 2011.

Interview Details – The interviews can be two to three. Usually starts with HR, then your over seeing manager, and maybe VP if there are multiple candidates that fit the position. This process is not very intimidating, we basically look for people that already have a skill set and knowledge in the vitamin industry.

Interview Question – The questions are very basic. They are just looking for people with a degree and some experience in the field.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – They send you a written offer by email. Some people negotiate, but the big boss remembers them and increases their work load.

Construction Interview

Construction
Ogden, UT

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Nutraceutical in February 2008.

Interview Details – The interview and skills test was really long - almost two hours - but it was easy, laid back and I was offered the job about a month later.

Interview Question – The questions were easy. They seemed to be meant to get to know me. The skills test was to understand if I was qualified. It was also rather simple.   Answer Question

Production Supervisor Interview

Production Supervisor
Phoenix, AZ

I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Nutraceutical in January 2009.

Interview Details – Very different approach. The site director spent an hour describing the needs of the position, along with a detailed account of the predecessor and opportunities for improvement. Then I was asked a series of behavioral interview questions to see if I was qualified to help close the gap for production needs.

Interview Question – Can you tell us about a time that you used data to improve a process? What was the process? What was the improvement? How did you accomplish this improvement? How did you insure that the improvement was sustained?   Answer Question
